How is the cost of shipping determined?

We send all shipments by the United States Postal Service. Shipping cost depends on weight, number of items ordered, and the specific shipping method chosen at checkout. All shipping rates are based on the actual rates of the United States Postal Service.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We will ship your goods within 1-2 business days after you place your order. All shipments are made from the BearThug Headquarters in Long Beach, California.

For domestic orders, it will take 1-5 additional days to receive your order based on your distance from Long Beach, California and the specific shipping method chosen at checkout.

All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and handed off to the reciprocating mail service in the destination country. Delivery usually takes place within 14 business days but could take longer for certain countries or if there is a queue for customs inspections.
BearThug is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

How are duties and taxes handled for international shipments?

As a business, we must label our international shipments appropriately or risk our ability to ship internationally. At this time, duties and fees imposed on imported clothing are the responsibility of the customer.
